ABOUT ME

Grew up north of San Francisco now in Portland, Oregon, with my lovely wife, Nicole. I Love life. Enjoy sharing others fruits of my knowledge which often is debatable but after a few pints... we've all got heaps of knowledge, eh?

I am a citizen of the world. I like to travel as a tourist, but I much prefer to settle in for a while and live in a different culture, get to know what makes the locals tick, learn the language, all that.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Been to a couple of outdoor events in San Francisco and one in Christchurch, NZ; one fabuloso dinner at an Eritrean restaurant. Can't wait for more fun foodie nites and hot chocolate events! I can’t host at the moment but would still like to engage.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Can't forget being able to swim with a whale shark up near Exmouth in NW Western Australia. What a huge, gorgeous creature!

Teach, Learn, Share

Learned/spoke french at uni and would love to immerse myself in it again.
Volunteer with rescued animals- whether it's dogs, cats, parrots or reptiles.
