About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying not to spend a generous scholarship I gained to study in Sweden for 6 months in Malmo, Sweden
ABOUT ME
I'm studying International Relations and have a background in Fashion Design. I've done a fair bit of backpacking in all sorts of places. I am interested in art, human dignity and cultural expression and in politics. I love how there are nearly 7 billion different perspective on these four basic things.
At the moment I am just finishing an internship at the UN where I'm working in the landmine clearance section. So I guess you could say I like reality too. You'll just have to meet me to find out more... wont you?...
PHILOSOPHY
Proportionally, the Earth's atmosphere is thinner than an apple. Chew on that!
I like to think about stuff like that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just registered on this site. It looks cool so I will be putting up my house for a surf spot when I'm back in Australia, Feburary 2009 at the latest.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Just heard great stories
Interests
I like rock climbing/hiking, swimming anywhere, don't like skiing - never have, don't drink except for tea, read books, go to galleries, watch movies that aren't crap, try and get my head around the universe through lots of different perspectives, talk politics, talk dreams, whatever, blah blah blah, photography....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. Hitch hiking for a week around Kakadu National Park with nothing but a tent, a sarong and a roast potato.
2. Burning Man, Nevada, 2005.
3. Eating truffles in good company somewhere I can't remember in northern Italy.
4. Staying in bed all day, regularly.

Haven't had any hands on experience but my best advice is GO SLOW!
