关于我

CURRENT MISSION

To sieze every day and every opportunity.

ABOUT ME

Right now I'm an aerospace engineering student at Missour University of Science and Technology with a minor in Spanish. I will be studying in Valencia, Spain for the spring semester of 2009.

When I'm at school, I enjoy working on EWB projets, hanging out with friends and watching movies, and I'm a member of Zeta Tau Alpha.

I've loved anything that has to do with flying or space for as long as I remember...The five years of space camp probably helped that grow a bit. I've been interning for the Air Force for six months. So far I've worked on F-100 engines and the B-52.

I love spending time with my family. I have two wonderful brothers. One is a crew chief in the US Army and the other is a fun fourth grader adoped from Ukraine on my 12th birthday.

I love learning about history and cultures. I want to see and experience as many things as I can!

Some of the most fun things I've ever done are: skydiving, SCUBA diving in coral reefs in Cozumel, Engineers Without Borders projects in Bolivia, flying a little prop plane in 30 mph crosswinds, TBC...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I think the most amazing thing I've done is lead an Engineers Without Borders team into the jungle of Bolivia to do projects we designed at an agricultural high school of about 200.

I have been twice and this last year we replaced two bridges, build self-composting latrines, taught the SODIS water disinfection method, put valves in their existing water line that we layed last year, and replaced their generator and it's housing.

It was an amazing success and on of the biggest things I've ever done. Living with the students changed my life and the way I look at the world. I am very thankful for the little things.

教,学,和分享

I really do learn something new everyday.

I think you should try anything you get the chance to at least once (as long as it's not going to kill you or something).
