One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

milked a goat, fell in love, missed a boat in Uruguay on Christmas Eve and proceeded to learn about the intrinsic kindness in people, strangers though they may be.

Teach, Learn, Share

When swinging poi in both hands, palms facing upwards, in circles, bring the right hand higher up on the horizontal parallel plane then the left hand. then, bring your hands close together, swinging the poi in circles in towards each other, the right hand higher than the left. Do not cross the wrists- this will cause the poi to tangle. just swing and swing- it should look like the balls or flags on the ends of the poi are bouncing off one another when they are really just passing one another closely on the planes of space as they swing.
