ABOUT ME

My life changed this summer. I got involved in the Obama campaign. I worked really hard for something that wasn't about me. It was about community, the neighborhood, the world. It got me thinking. I was so inspired by the process. I feel a need to make a difference. I am going to continue to donate my time, I am still figuring out where. I also feel empowered as a woman to travel to Europe on my own for the very first time. I want to make new friends, explore on my own for a few weeks then continue on my volunteering journey.

PHILOSOPHY

Together all things are possible. Why not? I live my life to be a better human everyday. Try to remember Birthdays and appreciate loved ones. I try to have gratitude for every situation. It is working out so far =)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the project. I have a studio apartment without a couch right now. I am happy to have someone stay that wants an air-mattress. I am also leaving in March for five weeks of travel.

I can help with meditation, if someone was interested. I am also interested in learning more meditation practices too. I would like to learn more spanish. I can swing dance, if that is helpful =)
