ABOUT ME

When I was a child I was afraid of empty houses. Couch surfing should have come around back then. By now I am comfortable in most places, but I prefer having company to being alone.

I used to be a nerdy and bookish girl. I love psychology but it is important to me to be more than my profession. I believe in the kindness of strangers. I want to be able to do something good with my life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I recommend Knut Hamsun or Agnar Mykle to anyone on their way to the north of Norway. I read a lot and enjoy a wide variety of books. The same goes for music and movies actually.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've crossed the border with the world's biggest socioeconomic difference between the bordering countries- twice. I have seen the northern lights. I've skied from Sweden to Norway. I have fallen in love.

Teach, Learn, Share

I really want to learn to tango! And I love learning languages. I can teach people to knit and to speak Norwegian. And I am willing to share what I have.
