ABOUT ME

Living in Prague, I love this city, this country and their language. I was never a language learner till I came and have fallen in love with learning languages, despite being tragically terrible at it. I teach English, like many of us expat English speakers, and now I seem to live for language acquisition.

I'm arty, cafe dweller, book in hand, hopefully a coffee in the other, absolute walking art school grad stereotype. I paint a lot, draw whenever I can and now learning computer animation... 3D, you know, the Toy Story stuff.

I'm lover of the Czech beer culture. It's amazing here and surprisingly affordable. That custom of clinking glasses with strangers, especially those you didn't come in with is what makes it here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS has served me very well. I've met many life friends. When arriving in a place with little notice, it's been great to immediately connect with locals and other travellers.
