ABOUT ME

I am currently working as a school teacher in Corryong, Victoria. My job is amazing. I really enjoy spending time with the children I teach and love watching them grow (in small steps) with their knowledge. I have seen only a small part of my home country of Australia and plan to spend 6 months driving around seeing it all. The plan at the moment is to travel to Nepal and India for my next overseas adventure in December. I love travelling and hope to travel a lot more in years to come.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that life is full of decisions. I believe that people make decisions in that can change them and has a huge influence on their perception of the world around them. I think that however positive or negative the decisions are it is apart of growth and human nature. Life is for discovering.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a BIG fan of couchsurfing. I was introduced to it recently, when I started travelling. I have hosted a number of people here in Australia and enjoy that just as much as being the traveller myself.
I have surfed in: France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Chezch, Italy etc and I love it.

Interests

I love interacting and learning about others and their lives. Everyone is so different, and is shaped by their life experiences, so it is very exciting to meet new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled around the coast of Australia, through an area of the deserts. I travelled for 3 months in Europe- my 1st overseas trip. I have been to Switzerland, through France, Spain, Mallorca, into Morocco, to the UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Italy and Thailand on the way back to Australia.
