Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Begin my career and learn to surf.
ABOUT ME
I went to college in Boulder, Colorado, and I have all of my requirements completed to graduate with three undergraduate degrees (Advertising, Marketing, and Management) except for an internship/job for credit. I walked in May, 2008
I "moved" out to Los Angeles in August to find this internship/job and hang out with my sister and her family; they live in Pasadena.
I currently have a short term living situation in La Cañada, and I am working at the Ralphs in La Crescenta. I recently found two internships, one in Santa Monica and the other in Century City. I will be transferring to the Ralphs in Santa Monica on Cloverfield to avoid the commute.
My move to Santa Monica will begin on Saturday, January 3.
I am an honest, moral, reliable, and helpful person. I practice environmentalism. I enjoy watching football and movies, I like to play video games, and love to hike. However, I doubt that I will have the time to do any of this for the duration of the internships (most or all of the spring semester).
I am a certified Red Cross First Responder.
Many people have said that I should be a school teacher because of my demeanor and the way I interact with children and their parents. But my passions lie elsewhere.
PHILOSOPHY
Even fake optimism can change a life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Basically I have only couch-surfed at my sisters place in Pasadena and my friend Gabe's apartment in Manhattan Beach. For some reason, I have decided that cleaning their kitchens is the most appropriate way to pay them back for their kindness...
Interests
I used to sell car stereos in Colorado and now have an affinity for all things related to consumer electronics, but especially audio gear.
