ABOUT ME

Hello everyone.

We are a swiss couple, I'm a photographer and my girlfriend Ruma is teacher.
We love travelling, meeting people, sharing.

We are very open-minded, we love to talk and to listen.

We already travelled for 5 months in India and Nepal together and we really felt in love with this country. Amazing experience that opened up our eyes.
Now we want to see the world ! So here is our next trip : travelling from our front door to the further place possible, and without taking a single flight. We want to feel the distance, feel the difference...

So the trip began on the 27th of march 2008, first through europe and then to russia, mongolia, tibet, nepal, india... and now China.

Follow us on the road, and maybe we will meet somewhere, sometimes...

PHILOSOPHY

For us life is much more that just working, working and working. All the money in the world will never make us happy. It s more about the experiences, the people we met along the way. Carpe Diem. Enjoy the day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

During our trip, we wanted to share with fellow travellers the spirit of couchsurfing. I have also a photo project about couchsurfing, trying to shot every places where I stayed. Many country but one same spirit, the couchsurfing spirit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We used to invite every friends that we met during our different travels to come to our place if they pass near switzerland, and were ourself invited by perfect stranger, and it was always an amazing experience. So when we found this website, we were very surprised : a worldwide network of people connecting together, sharing real experiences, sharing differents point of view..... wow what an amazing thing.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach some photographic tricks, or some photoshop tricks, it's very simple and everyone can learn easily. I can teach some guitar too, or you can come in switzerland and we can go snowboarding..... oh and we love cooking, so...
