Music sustains me, writing revives me, books keep me curious, and being outdoors reminds me I am free.

PHILOSOPHY

My passion is in exploring levels of consciousness through meditation and physical activity. This way of thought has drawn me to a deep desire for world travel and exploration of various world cultures and religious philosophies.
I am a firm believer in the power of the mind/body connection, and I look for new and exciting ways to push the limits of that connection.

I'm new, but I look forward to participating as much as possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to the couch surfing site, but I have been blessed to have met friends who employ a similar philosophy. A kind and generous friend of a friend solidified my first "couch surfing" experience in a 3-week visit to Cincinnati, Ohio via Austin, Texas. This experience reminded me that similar interests and a belief in the intrinsic good of humanity transcends geographical boundaries.

Interests

anything outdoors, music, spiritual philosophies, good conversation, red wine, cultures other than my own, basically anything that will bring positive energy into my life and the planet.
