-traveling (also most obviously). I've lived in Rwanda and Ghana as a student, Liberia as an intern, and Vietnam as a teacher.

1. Living "off the grid" in a small village in Liberia with no running water or electricity
2. Learning how to ride a motorbike through the hectic, frenzied streets of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
3. Bungee jumping into the source of the Nile River in Jinja, Uganda
4. Trekking in the Himalayas in Nepal (Annapurna Base Camp)- I've never seen mountain tops glitter like that before!
