ABOUT ME

I'm a 22 year old sociology undergraduate. I came to Berlin to do research, ended up working an internship at an English Language magazine. And pushing back flight dates to Chicago 3 times.

I love traveling, and have spent a good chunk of time in the middle east (Jerusalem, Nablus, Amman, Cairo, and travels in Morocco, Syria, Lebanon, Istanbul and Southeastern turkey) since I began college.

I took a gap year in Berlin right after high school, 3 years ago, and did a bunch of odd baby sitting/teaching/reporting/and pub-crawing jobs. I love everything about this city.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

24 hour trainride from Kayseri to Kars during Ramadan - beautiful scenery, amazing kitchen staff, amazing travel experience.
2 years later - ex-pat parties in Cairo during Ramadan, snorkling in the Sinai, Gay Pride rally in Tel Aviv, and jumping in the Ari Mikvah in Tsfat.
