One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Have been to Malapascua Island (Philippines) for a dive.
Goal: dive with the rise of the sun 40 m deep and wait for the fox sharks.
Who will come up for their morning Snack.

So you go down 40 meters and sit on top of the hill of a mountain under wather while waiting for the fox sharks to appear.
You remain calm controlling your air consumption getting your pulse down and wait.
The Sun rises and still - down there you get the glimps of that power.
You have your head free it's only you and your inner voice and you are still waiting.
And suddenly it happens the fox shark rushs up right in front of my face coming up from the dark depths.
The shark turns to the left and while turning around again (getting right into my direction) he stuns a fish with his tail and bites a bit out of his pray. But he did not change his direction he's still coming my way. So you look right in the face of that shark and he's not turning...
Instead he rushed above our heads! Stunning.

German logic:

The german word Handschuhe has 2 words in one.
If you translate both you get handshoes. ( should be gloves )
So think of the English native speaker hearing a German asking for the handshoes :P ( Those English guys were amused :D )
