Hello People,

my name is Federico, I am an Italian 31 yo guy currently along a trip around the world 🌍 Currently, traveling in Spain with my guitar 🎸

I studied Renewable Energy and Environmental engineering and worked for more than 3 years as researcher in Germany. During my work I deepened theoretical sustainability challenges mostly within the energy sector. Being Sustainability one of my passions, I believe I can continue learning and finding new inspiration while travelling.

I am an active person, I love music and endurance sport. I love running, hiking and skiing (lately only backcountry ski to Alps close by my home place). During the last years I was enjoying bike-packing trips to explore new places (travelled in Croatia, Italy and France, free-camping mode). I like to live unconventional experiences and try to push my limits. Last year I completed a first half marathon and trail run (+30km). Running gives me back a precious meditative feelings. I would like to get closer to water sports such as surf/windsurf/sailing to try something new.

I love music and play the guitar. I normally spend a lot of time listening to music. I consider music as the purest emotion form and I really want music to be a central element of my trip, as it is in my life. Sometimes music takes us somewhere... I am already looking forward to what is coming next: new places, new emotions, new music 😁

In the past years I tried to mediate and lately I am trying to practice daily. I would like to deepen and learn more about this practice during my trip. Indeed this happens since in the second month I compare let my first Vipassana retreat, which changed completely my approach to meditation and I could benefit a lot from it!

I value sharing experiences with people. I always lived in shared flat. Co-livig gave me the possibility to get in contact with a lot of people with different backgrounds and origins. This enriched me as a person, giving me the possibility to learn from each other and grow together.

I bring all this with me... and I am thrilled to discover what it'll become and where I will end up 🙏🏻🤗
