About Me

*****

I’m an actor and theatre creator based in Mexico City. I graduated from a drama school and now work professionally in theatre, performance and projects that explore body, memory and poetic storytelling. I also teach acting at the National Conservatory of Music, which I love because it lets me listen, guide and share creative processes.

Listening is one of my strongest qualities. I genuinely enjoy paying attention to what people have to say— it gives me awareness and connection. I also like being listened to and sharing openly; maybe that’s why I fell in love with theatre… it’s all about presence and meeting others.

Since I was a kid/teenager I’ve always been a morning person, and whenever I’m facing something new I get into a very lively, curious mood.
I’m interested in Shakespearean theatre, and honestly, I love anything that involves art: cinema, museums, performance, hybrid creations—anything driven by imagination.

I’m very punctual. I consider it a small miracle when two people consciously place themselves in the same time and space (yes, I guess I’m a romantic).
I try to avoid excuses and lies—if something doesn’t feel right, I prefer honesty.
And I do my best to be the kind of person I’d like to meet anywhere.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've never been outside of my city before and im trying to do it.
Well, i supose that meeting new people and learn about ther culture its a very clishé argument in here but its true! Also i want to practice my english, and any oportunitie to do it its a gift.
I would like to do backpacking soon, and meet people and theatre of other countries.
