About Me

CURRENT MISSION

There's nothing to fear except fear itself.........and spiders. Spiders are scary

ABOUT ME

I`m always late, I sleep at lot, I like cold beer and a good wifi connection. I like people, except when I don`t. I sometimes have ice cream for breakfast and that`s okay.

PHILOSOPHY

A ship is safest in the harbour, but that is not what ships were built for.

When you no longer run into all your friends at the mall, but run into them at the grocery store, you are officially an adult.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Host, surf, meet. Mostly join CS meetings, though, since everything else requires some planing ahead and that's not what I do best.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met awesome people at amazing places, can't wait to keep going!

Interests

taking my backpack all over the world
reading good books, especially about travelling
good food (not cooking, though)
sewing & DIY

Music, Movies & Books

I listen to the Beatles, Elvis Presley, Peter Fox, Seeed, Manu Chao, Massilia Sound System, Santana, Moussu T plus the good old 90s trash pop music

I read travel literature, stories about adventure, far away places, exotic cultures, anything about anthropology

I like watching Scandal (#TeamJake), The West Wing, The Newsroom and Modern Family

One Amazing Thing I've Done

Climbing a volcano in Guatemala. Trekking through the deepest jungle in Malaysia. Learning how to surf in Mexico from the former mexican national champion. Standing in front of massive ancient Maya temples in Latin America. Getting lost in Middle Eastern bazaars. Freeze in Siberia.
And the most amazing thing: spending a quarter of my life in low budget public transport and still enjoy travelling.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach German, English and Spanish, but frankly, chilling out and drinking beer are my greatest talents.

Countries I've Visited

Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Laos, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Poland, Russian Federation, Singapore, Spain, Syrian Arab Republic, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City State, Viet Nam

Countries I've Lived In

Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, Russian Federation
