About Me
Hello
Currently living in Stockholm! Can host you for a night or so, depends on what I'm up to.
Here's some background too:
There's a lot to say, so I'd rather keep things concise. I originally come from Ireland, and moved to Sweden when I was 11. Later, when I was 16, I began the bohemian lifestyle, and started travelling. I bought an interrail ticket and traveled through Europe for two weeks, alone, and it was the best experience of my life. Again I traveled this way when I was 17, and that too was a trip to remember. Now my pursuits are global, and what better way then on a sailboat? I found myself upon a 32 foot ship, far too big for one person, so I welcomed guests from all nationalities onboard.
Through my life I have developed many different interests and hobbies such as playing acoustic guitar in a band, blacksmithing, sailing, bushcraft and to study rocket science. If you are interested in these, or any other interesting topics, then I'll wack on some tea and we can converse for a whole night, until one of us falls asleep (probably me, I'm a bit of sleepy person)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people and enjoy the company they can bring. Every person out there is a source of endless entertainment and knowledge, and the fact that a lot of people out there don't understand this, is a bit of a bummer. But here on Couchsurfing, people understand this, and that is why I'm on Couchsurfing. This site is an amazing idea and I love being a part of it.

Music, Movies, and Books
Rock from the 60's to the 80's, reggae, a bit of electronica, prog-rock, a bit of jazz. If we want to get specific, then I would go for some Pink Floyd, Yes, Arcade Fire, Bowie, mgmt etc, etc.
I really enjoy some books by jules verne, specifically 20000 leagues under the sea. Lost Horizon has to be one of my favorite books, the reason we should discuss sometime.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sailed the North Sea alone
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the basics of sailing, and let you know whether or not you would fit into the sailing world. Of course learning languages is something I always want
