Hi, I've been hosting couchies since 2014 in our shared apartment. I always enjoyed the company, the "having guests" and the chats. I have also been staying with different hosts in Czech Republic when travelling with my (now former) boyfriend.

I like sun on my back, kittens, food and spices, riding my bike, visiting new places, dancing, bare feet, and tea (Indian style with lots of sugar and milk).

As a host: I am happy to offer you a place to sleep, provide infos on where to go and what to do in Karlsruhe and share dinner with you. If time allows, I am also glad to show you around.

As a surfer: Just a couch to sleep on or a day spent together visiting interesting places - I am happy to learn from you about the place I am visiting and about yourself, of course.

I am working in the field of climate protection, mainly on awareness raising on energy saving and emission reductions. In my spare time, I do a little bit of gardening (with limited success), some sports and lindy hop.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been counting on the hospitality and help of other people myself when living in China or during my travels to other countries. I want to give some of all that warm-heartedness and support back by helping travellers that get to Karlsruhe. I like to meet new people, exchange ideas and learn about other countries, cultures and mindsets.
