If you would ask my friends "How would you describe Nina?" you probably will hear some key words like self-organised, spontaneous, reliable, independant, over-punctual and adorable. If you add a little bit of funny clumsiness I think you have the perfect description of myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While staying in hostels you mostly meet international people rather than natives.
In doing Couchsurfing I see the advantage of meeting local people. This gives me the chance to learn and explore indigenous life and culture directly.

Interests

During my free time, besides studying and working, I really like to go running or meeting friends.
On the weekends I enjoy riding my motorbike or drawing pictures while listening to music or audio books.
On holidays I mostly travel: Snowboarding in the winter time and diving in summer.

Music, Movies, and Books

In general I listen to all kinds of music, always depending on my mood. But mostly you will see me listening to rock music.

Also I like to watch movies from different types of genres. Except for horror movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best experience in my life was my year abroad in New Zealand after school. This is were I learned to love and enjoy travelling. That is also why I spend my semester aboad in Lativa, and after finishing university I volunteered in Quito, Ecuador.
