PHILOSOPHY

1.- Walk 20-30 minutes per day, and smile while you are walking.
2.- Stay in silence at least 10 min per day, alone if its possible.
3.- Listen good music everyday, is the food for our soul.
4.- Live everyday with the 3 E´s: Energy, Enthusiasm and Empaty.
5.- Play more games than the last year.
6.- Read more books than the last year.
7.- Look up to the sky at least 1 time per day and get noticed about the beauty that surounds you.
8.- Dream more while you are awake.
9.- Eat fruits and vegetables.
10.- Drink a cop of wine per day, and cheer for something beautiful.
11.- Try to make 3 people smile every day.
12.-Realize that life is a school and you are the student. The problems come and go, learn about them.
13.- Eat well.
14.- Smile and laugh more.
15.- Dont let pass the chance to hug the people you love.
16.- Life is to short, dont waste your time hating someone else.
17.- You dont have to win all the discussions, acept that you disagree and learn about other ponts of view.
18.- Make peace with your past, and live the present.
19.- Never compare your life with others life.
20.- Nobody is in charge of your happiness except yourself.
21.- Learn something new everyday.
22.- You dont have to care about what people think about you.
23.- Love your body, its unique.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It´s an unique way of meeting new people and to travel like a local. Thanks to CS I had been in places in my trips that I´m sure that as a normal tourist couldn´t be able to go . It´s incredible that you can meet, host and be hosted by incredible people around the world.

I´ve surfed a lot of couches and hosted a lot of people. Now, thanks to CS I have friends all around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

– I hike the Iztaccihuatl Volcano (5,230 m / 17,160 ft) and it was maybe the hardest and greatest thing I´ve done in my life.

- I see an old man riding a bike with a Parrot in his shoulder in Barcelona.

- I organize a BIG FREEZE in Madrid and a NO PANTS SUBWAY RIDE in México City. I get freezed at Puerta de Sol and inside a Corte Inglés in Madrid. (I´m the one with the russian hat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEAa2-P0eXY)

- I go to a really big party in Punta de Umbría (Spain) where a fucking lot of people of all the world sleep at the same house, a lot of tents all over and also a lot of strawberries.

- My last trip to Europe was awesome, I loved Budapest and the party in Berlin is the best.

- I organize Flashmobs with Flashmob México.

Teach, Learn, Share

Everyday you can learn something new, so anything you have to share is great.

I don´t like to cook very much, but if you are a cooker or like to cook it would be interesting to learn how to cook something from your country.

I can teach you some words in spanish, mexican spanish words first, of course. I can share with you my CS Stories and also If i´m available we can go out to really cool places in México City.

A few things about México City that not everyone knows:

-> More museums than any other city in the world. Number 4th in Theaters.

-> The only city of the America´s with a Real Castle in the middle of the city.

-> Also we have the higher tower of Latin America.

-> The city with more number of "vochos" (Volskvagen Sedan).

-> The oldiest city of America, 1521, and one of the oldiest Universities, UNAM.

-> We have a boulevard called "Reforma", considered the 2nd boulevard more beautiful of the world.

-> México City was the first federal entity in Mexico to legally recognize unions between same sex.

-> Considered by UNESCO as a Cultural Heritage for the humanity.
