Hello there! :)

My name is Patrick Deck, I was born in Karlsruhe, which is in the South-West of Germany. 3 years ago I finished school by completing my A levels. After this I started an apprenticeship as IT-Specialist(programming with java 'n stuff) and successfully finished it this year. During this time I got quite depressed and thought life is more than sitting in front of a computer in a tiny office for 8 hours a day, so I decided to do work & travel after the apprenticeship to see more of the world :)

My biggest interests are probably sports, music and video games.

I started skiing when I was 6 and switched to snowboarding at around 10 and I'm doing it since then. Unfortunately I can't really do snowboarding where I live, because of lacking mountains, but I'm trying to travel to ski-areas at least once a year to do it.

Besides that I played handball for 8 years, quit it tho to play soccer.

I was always a music enthusiast, even though Hip-Hop has always been standing out, probably because I like to sing along with the music...and I can't sing for shit, so I preferred to improve my tongue-skills(If that makes any sense).
2 years ago I started to take it more seriously and even started to produce my own music and it's been my passion since then :)

I also want to mention that I love playing video games, it all started when I was 6 when I received a used Nintendo 64 for christmas with super mario 64 .... real classic. My favorite video game series is probably Zelda, but Metroid, Super Mario, Mario Kart and Super Smash bros. are super dope, too.
At the moment I enjoy games like hearthstone and league of legends.

Im quite a competetive person and always strive to improve myself, be it sports, video games or making music :)

My favorite music genre is by far Hip-Hop, even though I'm quite an open-minded person and don't really dislike that many other genres, I'd say I just don't enjoy other genres quite as much ;)
My favorite artist is probably Kendrick Lamar because of his way of telling stories in his songs.

My all-time favorite movie is Princess Mononoke..this movie is just beautiful and never fails to touch my heart. Besides that, I like movies by the directors David Fincher, Quentin Tarantino and Christopher Nolan because of their way of telling stories...damn I'm repeating myself, but as you might already have noticed, I enjoy great stories overall.

I'm currently reading books by Adler Olsen, I love me some good thrillers :)

TV Shows aren't listed here...but I'm gonna list a couple of TV Shows I enjoy.
Community is in my opinion one of the funniest and smartest TV shows I ever watched. Talking about funny TV shows I also enjoy Parks and Recreation quite a lot. Might seem a bit mainstream, but Breaking Bad was just too good to not be mentioned....just like Game of Thrones ^^'

I recently finished a music album all by myself, took me quite some time and I think I can be quite proud about it, considering it's my first musical project I finished :)
