Mi nombre es Rafael, vivo en la Ciudad de México. Estudié antropología y lingüística.

Disfruto escribir poesía e historias cortas. Me gusta mucho despertar con un libro en mano y una taza de café.

Disfruto coincidir con personas que me enseñen a mirar con otros ojos, que me hagan ver cosas que nunca había visto. Saber que otros mundo son posibles y poder disfrutarlos…

Me interesan los proyectos culturales locales, los cafés culturales, la cultura underground y alternativa, los lugares con música en vivo, la música en general, explorar librerías y bibliotecas, las manualidades, acampar, la naturaleza…

My name is Rafael, I live in Mexico City. I studied linguistics and I do Field Research in the mazatec area in la Sierra Mazateca in the Northeast of Oaxaca state.

I’m a bookseller: I collect and sell all kind of books, but I’m specially interested on rare books. And I’m also getting into the industry of book editing with my own project called El libro y sus Orillas.

I do enjoy writing poetry and short stories. I do really enjoy waking up with a nice book on hand and a cup of coffee…

I´m also interested on local cultural projects, cultural cafes, alternative and underground bars, music in general, book shops and libraries, handcrafting in general, woodworking, backpacking, nature…
