I am Thina, originally from Greece ...
The past 6 years I had been living and working as yoga teacher and Vocal Coach in Rotterdam Netherlands, but I strongly feel that home is where the heart is, and my heart is all about travelling and seeing the world!
This is how I came up with my cycling travelling project: ''The Cycling Sutras''
So this year I ll see lot's of exciting places and meet lot's of people out there ... but also pedal quite a lot of km's ... wish me luck!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I cycled solo from Netherlands to Portugal, summer 2015
This year 2017, after we decided to set off on a world cycling trip with my boyfriend, I got diagnosed with Chondropathie on my knee, had to give up on my house in Rotterdam for good, and had to let go of the person I loved as well... going back to where I started.
Everything seemed like a dark place for weeks and I was about to go back and ''hide'' myself behind the desk and the security of an office job to make some quick money and settle, completely broken. But then ...
I decided not to give up, face my fears, learn from what life is teaching me right now, get on my bike and continue cycling my way towards the next adventure that life has in store for me :-)
