Jorge Luis Borges was my earliest influence, and I've enjoyed living in his Buenos Aires. Runner ups in fiction are Henry David Thoreau, Homer and Philip K. Dick. In philosophy, I have affinities for Epictetus, Paul Feyerabend and Gilles Deleuze.

I love to listen and play a wide range of classical music, blues, jazz, old electronica and most things avant-garde. Slide guitar is my preferred weapon.

Sci-fi movies are sublime: "Solaris", "Bladerunner"...
