Eventually my life brings me to Europe. Don't know why but I feel like that's where I'm supposed to be.

ABOUT ME

I'm that explorer girl with a backpack, a map, and a monkey that could talk. No, that's Dora and Boots. But that's pretty much what I do to make myself happy. I wander around my hotel, I do a lot of evening strolls, I talk to fellow travelers, I i laughed a lot, eat a lot.. I wanted to experience so much things, especially when it comes to food. On my best, I could sing and dance (poorly tho) too.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I usually host or travel with the surfers who is currently in jakarta. I really like showing them around, usually around Jakarta, Bogor and Depok. It's nice to help them experience the life i've been living all day, but sad truth is.. my life goes around the malls in jakarta! LOL. I might go to bars but i don't do nightclubs, so I'm no help for nightclubs information in Jakarta :)

As a surfer, I love to know new countries and local life. Let's meet up somewhere :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

- hanging out with amelie and phillipe, two couchsurfers from paris. the most exciting part was getting 5 of us (me + my friends + them) into a taxi, a thing they could never do in paris.
- when i was in singapore with nor, i finally ate rice after 3 days of no rice! lol and it was greaat :D
- strolling around jakarta and bogor with patricia and ewan :) and I got to meet them again in Singapore, in which they host me. nice!
- hosting pierre and clarisse for 5 days in my house. exploring the crazy train life of working people in jakarta, woohoo!
- durian party with dessy and her CS friends
- (finally) going to sunda kelapa with tannas and rizki
- be hosted by anggi, the traveller!
- taking Anike to experience the 'expensive' sushi in Jakarta.
- street food hunting with Seb & Lyn, and Durian hunting with Francis in Bangkok
- trying some local food and enjoying motorbike ride in freezing cold hanoi with pachi and tien
- having drinks and happy pizza with pablo in siem reap
- joining some gathering in Jakarta & Bordeaux

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- too tired to get back from an unexpected hiking to reach a paradise beach. sleep on the beach didn't turn out to be well, a storm comes that night!

- (almost) trapped in melaka as we couldn't get back to our couch in KL, malaysia, all the return bus tickets are sold out!

I have got two near-death experience so far..
- took a car ride in the middle of the night and was about to pass the railways,. we don't know it's an active railways until we were stopped by a guy - seconds before a train crushed our car :0
- carelessly squeeze a damaged electrical cable by hand. it was followed by an explosion! and a black out! BUT I'M ALIVEEE.
