We are Yannick and Lisa, both medical doctors. On our last travels we went to Turkey, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, India and Vietnam. In 2012 and 2013 we spend some months working in hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City and Kolkata. It was a great chance to get a feeling about health conditions in developing countries and how thankful people can be when they really need your help. Furthermore we got in contact with local people, which is always great as you get good advice, learn more about their live and culture, but most important you make new friends.

From July 2016 we have been on the road travelling around the world and made it to Russia, Mongolia, China, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and are South America. Finally we came back to Germany in 2017 to start working.
Through couchsurfing we hope to get the chance to learn more about the places we stay and meet a lot more people around the world. :-)
