Hi ! I'll be in Marseille with my girl in the first days of August . Can you suggest me the safest places where to stay ? I mean, I'm reading Marseille it's not the best place to live in the night if you're a tourist. Any suggestion ?

May be just avoid La belle de Mai at night but downtown and/or places close to the sea, you'll be fine. Marseille does not deserve the awfull reputation it's got. Bad guys do their bisiness between them...
And it is a lovely city, with many things to do and see, and not only the Mucem !

ci sono assassini e stupratori ad ogni angolo! Fossi in te girerei alla larga! Prima ti rapinano poi ti stuprano la ragazza. TI consiglio Parigi. Fatti un giro a Barbès.
Marseille is not so dangerous as the television shows. You just have got to take care about your value, like in all big cities. You can stay without any troubles in Endoume, le Panier, la Plaine, Notre Dame du Mont, les Chartreux... there is a lot of nice and safe places.

Hi, I think it may be easier to go to Go Sport, the shop is located in the mall called centre bourse, near the vieux port. I wish I could travel but unfortunately now I have to work! Enjoy your trip!

you have CVV collectif Velos en Ville in the center - the best place to have advices and buy a cheap bike (open from 4 pm on monday) or go on the site leboncoin for 2nd hand - depends on the amount of money you want to put in

Can you tell me some good and not expensive, not touristic resturants for two travelling students? :)

Try "O'Stop", in front of Opéra close to the Vieux Port. You will have some traditionnal Marseille's food (alouette sans tête, pieds et paquets, rabbit stew, aïoli and grilled fish). The lunch's menu is around 8,50 euros.
You can also go to the "Bistro de Lyon", rue Rouget de l'Isles. For 11,50 euros, you will have a main meal, a dessert and a coffee.

Hey everyone, I've just been accepted in an M1 Droit international at the University of Aix-Marseille. While looking for a flat for September, I found out that there are different campuses and I'm not sure whether I'll have classes at the Canebière or at Aix-en-Provence... anyone there to help me make things clearer? I'd really appreciate it! :)

Hi Sandra :)
You will have your classes in Aix-en-Provence. I did this Master two years ago so do not hesitate if you need some advises on where to live, which courses to take or anything else
